Our software is specific to the Fire Service, and as such requires us to have very clear explanations of our feature set using industry specific terminology, else we'll come off as imposters. Not only did she pick up on the terminology quickly, she was able to question things later that were tangentially related...an impressive indicator that she was fully engaged, really understood what we're doing, and was connecting the dots to deliver the best service possible. It was clear from the first call that Michelle was not only interested in delivering a beautiful website, she also wanted to fully understand our product and our customers so the webpage would truly stand out in the best way possible. She was timely in her work, thoughtful in her feedback, direct but always polite in her feedback, and always pleasant to talk to.
